  1. Call the front desk (616) 957-2080 and ask for the “Speak Up Conference” rate. All rooms MUST be booked before June 23, 2022. After this date, the group room block is released to the general public, and you will no longer have access to the special group rate.

For a standard room with a king bed or two queens, the price is $130 per night + tax.

There are limited rooms, so you must reserve one quickly if you want to stay on-site. If it is booked, you can ask to get on the waitlist because rooms often open up right before the conference.

Every Room Includes:

  • Complimentary continental breakfast – Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM – 10:00 AM and Saturday and Sunday between 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
  • Coffee available 24 hours a day at the front desk
  • Free Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi)
  • On-site fitness center and pool (Hours may be limited – see Venema Aquatic Center for pool hours).

How To Reserve Your Room:

The Prince Center permits four adults per double queen room. Friends attending together (2-4 people) should please book one room.

A credit card is required to complete the reservation process and the card entered in the reservation will be the card that the rooming charges will be charged. We can’t split the room charges or accept multiple cards for payment.

There are two ways to make reservations:

  1. Call the Prince Center at (616) 526-7201 and ask for the “Speak Up Conference” rate.
  2. Book your room online by going to princecc.com. Once on the site, click on “reserve a room,” then click on the calendar and select your check-in and check-out days. Next, click on “rate option”. In the promotional/ group code, type “SPU23” and click apply. Click on the blue rectangle “check availability”. to view available room types. Select your room type by clicking on the picture and click “BOOK IT!” This will take you to the reservation page and you may begin filling in your personal information. If you will be sharing your room, please provide your roommate’s name in the note section.
